Step 3: Directly message creatives to discuss the project/invite for interview.
Step 4: Once agreed, collaborate directly with the chosen creative.
2) What kind of candidates can I find on the platform?
Ans: Rtist is primarily a creative job platform in the creative niche.
What are the main candidate types?
PS: Sales related roles are accepted, however, there's no promise that there will be interested candidates.
3) How do I ensure the quality of the work I receive?
Ans: Communicate clearly with the candidate to ensure your expectations are met.
PS: It's also wise to prepare an agreement to be signed by both parties to ensure security.
4) What are the fees or costs associated with using the platform?
Ans: Rtist operate on freemium method, clients will not be charged a fee for successful hiring (except Freelance), however, there's fees associated with usage of the platform.
