1) How does the platform work?

Ans: Businesses looking to hire creative candidates can INDEPENDENTLY  search, contact and hire candidates here. 

How to do it?

Step 1: Create a job posting detailing your project requirements/job requirements. 
Step 2: Browse through profiles of talented creatives matching your needs.
Step 3: Directly message creatives to discuss the project/invite for interview.
Step 4: Once agreed, collaborate directly with the chosen creative.

2) What kind of candidates can I find on the platform?
Ans: Rtist is primarily a creative job platform in the creative niche. 

What are the main candidate types?

  • Designers (Graphic, Interior, Packaging, Label & etc.)
  • Writers (Any language)
  • Photographers (Studio, outdoor, event and etc.)
  • Illustrators
  • Web developers (Web Designers, Front & Backend Development)
  • Marketeers (Mainly agencies).
