1) Used to unlock unlimited messaging on Rtist platform. So that you can message multiple talents a day.
2) To unlock unlimited job posting on Rtist platform. So that you can hire multiple talents at a time.
3) To unlock the advanced filter search. So that you can narrow down your search for a designer.

Rtist Credits
1) Used to unlock talent's contact details should you need to urgently contact them.
2) Feature your job on top of the job board for 7 days to increase job views and potential applicants.
3) Mark your job urgent for 7 days to increase applicants. This is normally used by those looking for freelancers.
(2024 Update) Recommendations
1) 1 Month & 3 Months hiring pass is perfect for full-time and intern hiring, as you may need some time to message the candidates & source them.
2) 12 Months hiring pass is perfect for long-term/mass hiring. Similarly, giving ample of time to approach candidates & source them.
3) 7 days hiring pass is strictly for hiring freelancers, as you may need them urgently.
