Quotation feature on Rtist Creative Platform is a new way for talents to directly get payment from existing clients. Perfect for project basis jobs or retainer arrangements, as you can send as many quotations to your clients, just like apply job, it has no limit. Here's how:

A. Project Basis

Most project basis jobs have a process of, example like first milestone/ phase > second milestone/ phase > final milestone/ phase and etc. Some talents break these one project into few phase for payments instead. 

Quotation feature helps to create seamless transactions with your client. For instance:


**Agreed full payment is RM2,000

1. First phase > RM500
2. Second phase> RM500

3. Third phase > RM500
4. Project completion > RM500


Thus, talent can send four (4) quotations to the client at the start, thus, client can make payment on the quotation after each process has been accomplished. 

B. Retainer jobs

Long-term retainer jobs is usually recurring payment. While it does take time to make a quotation from scratch every month, Rtist quotation saves time as there's only a template to fill. Here's how you can use quotation feature for retainer jobs:


**Agreed monthly payment is RM1,000 for 6 months


1. You can send six (6) quotations to your client with that amount.

2. Each month, your client just need to pay through the quotation. Seamless right?

If I use Rtist quotation, where do I get the statement for each quotation?

Navigate to your Rtist account > click "earning" > go to "earning history" > click "view statement". 


Is there a limit to how many quotations I can issue?

No limit on how many quotations you can issue, we once had a talent who issued 25 quotations at 1 time, will you be the one to break the record?
