Clients look at your proposal to know whether you're a right fit for the job. It's based majority on your design portfolio & price of your service. Thus, sending the right information to the potential client, increases the chances of client selecting you. 


To send proposal to client directly:

1. Click Jobs Post from the menu, select the job you want and click "Apply" button

2. Fill in your details

3. Select three portfolios from your portfolio album that showcase your relevant experience for this job, and that you wish to highlight to the client. 

4. Provide your rate

Note: List any remarks or terms and conditions under the rate card if applicable.

5. Click "submit application" button

You can always revise your proposal after discussing with the client and before they make payment

- Select and highlight your best and most relevant work from portfolios for higher chance of clients selecting you. 

Step 3: Add your rates

- Client hire based on value, you may edit the rates in proposal/ quotation as per agreement with client later on, before client make payment.

TIPS:
Here are some possible remarks or terms and conditions that could be listed under a rate card

  • Images and information will be provided by the client.

  • The client will bear the cost of any images or materials required for the project.
  • Rates may vary depending on the complexity of the project.
  • Any revisions or additional work requested by the client will be charged separately in a quotation.
  • The client is responsible for providing all necessary materials and information to complete the project.
  • The final deliverables will remain the property of the service provider until full payment has been received.
  • If the project is terminated, the client will be charged a prorated amount for any work that has been completed.
