Rtist provides escrow payment protection, which adds a level of security to payment processing for clients. Talents will only receive the payment after a project has been labelled as complete. This allows clients and talents to collaborate on projects with peace of mind.
Freelance Project Payment Protection for Clients
- You and talent agree on proposal detail and quoted price.
- You deposit the project funds into Rtist Escrow Payment.
- Talent will click "START WORK" button and start working on your project and submitted work for your approval.
- You can always discuss and chat with talent for revision or amendment through chat box.
- When you're satisfied on the outcome, click the accepted button in job tracking board, and the funds will be released from escrow to the talent.
Note:
Rtist Escrow Protection only applies to freelance job transaction on Rtist platform.
This doesn’t apply to inhouse hiring (permanent, Intern and Contract Job).
