[Client] How to raise a dispute, if I'm not satisfied talent's outcome

All complaints on delivered Creative Work or any other problem that arise between the talent and you shall be directly solved between you and the talent. Rtist are not involved in the dispute between the Users but we reserve the right to intervene where necessary in order to resolve the dispute. 


Any dispute you shall be raised within seven (7) business days from the Date of Delivery. After that, we reserve the right not to entertain or respond to any dispute.


How to raise a disputes

1) Reach out to Rtist team through Live Chat or

2) Go to Contact us > Raise a dispute


Rectifications

When disputes enter a rectify process with an Rtist teams, Talent shall be given two chances to rectify the complaint. If after two rectifications, the Creative Work still not fulfil the agreed job scope or not within the acceptable industry standard (as determined by Rtist), Rtist will refund you the amount as agreed between you and the Talent. 


If there is no mutual consent on the refund amount, we will refund 50% of the payment to you (after deducting 5% administrative fee from the payment).
