Talents who updated their job availability on Rtist.co platform with freelancer availability, will have their profiles and portfolios shown to you from the freelancer directory.
This has been made easier for businesses to approach freelancers solely from this category itself. A more targeted approach for businesses.
PS: Talents available for contract work are also available in the freelancer talents category.
2) Jobseeker Directory
Talents who updated their full-time or internship availability on Rtist.co platform, will have their profiles and portfolios shown to you from the jobseeker directory.
These are talents who have avail themselves for full-time jobs or internships. If you're looking for that group of talents, its here.
All talents profile have the "Job Preferences" option in their profile, which can only be unlocked by purchasing the Unlimited Hiring Pass. Job preferences allow clients to see:
1) Asking Salary range.
2) Job location preferences.
3) Are they available for on-site, hybrid or WFH?
