Talents can inform their availability through their profiles & search for specific job openings.

1) Job Availability (Freelance, Full-time, Intern & Contract).
Talents can now update the job availability in their profiles, receiving more targeted messages for jobs.
For example:
Scenario A: Talent is open for both full-time. Companies seeking full-timers will message the talent/invite for job.
Scenario B: Talent is open for internship. Companies seeking interns will message the talent/invite for job.
To start, click the briefcase button.
Talents can also update salary requirements, preferred locations to work and if they're looking for remote, in-office or hybrid opportunities.
Pro-tip: Be specific on what you're looking for at the moment. Try not to mislead employers with wrong info, especially when turning on the full-time availability.
Any reports of misleading information from clients may be investigated by Rtist team and profile suspension may happen if found guilty. Very mafan.
2) Job Sections split into 2 categories.
Freelance job and contract job is 1 category on its own, while full-time and internships are parked under 1 category.
As demands for all types of jobs increases on Rtist platform, this is made easier to differentiate the jobs and the goals of the talent.
