Rtist provides a safe and structured way for clients to communicate with talents directly on the platform. To maintain professionalism and prevent spam, only clients can initiate the first message. Once a client sends a message, the talent can reply within the system.
Messaging Options
1. In-Web Messaging (Recommended)
Rtist’s built-in messaging tool is the safest way to communicate. It keeps conversations recorded within the platform and does not require sharing personal contact details.
With the latest update, Rtist now includes built-in notifications, ensuring talents are alerted when they receive a new message—so your inquiries don’t get missed.
2. Unlocking Phone Number (Optional, Outside Platform)
Clients can unlock a talent’s phone number using credits to communicate via WhatsApp. However, this takes the conversation outside Rtist and removes platform-level protection.
1. Log In
Sign in to your Client account.
2. Select a Talent
Browse or search, then open the talent’s profile.
3. Start the Conversation
Click “Hire/Message” on their profile.
Only clients can initiate the first message.
4. Send Your Message
Share your project details, scope, timeline, and budget (if available), then click Send.
The talent will receive an in-web notification & email notification.
Messaging Limits
- Free Account: Message 1 talent per day (in-web).
- Unlimited Hiring Pass: Unlimited in-web messaging
- Credits: Unlock phone numbers for direct contact.
