[Client] How to evaluate proposals and shortlist talent?
Learn how to review proposals from freelancers and agencies on Rtist. Understand what to look for, compare applicants effectively, and shortlist the right talent to move your project forward smoothly.

After you have created a job post, freelancers and design agencies can submit proposals to you. Review the proposals that you receive carefully.
Some things to consider include the freelancer or agency’s skills, experience, work history and ratings on the platform, availability, ability to meet your deadline, and budget.
To check applicants of your job:
1) Go to Job > Active Tab
2) Locate the job you want and click "Applied"
3) As you review applicant proposals, you can take one of these actions:
A) Hired
1) Select the talent
2) Click View Proposal
3) Then click hire talent then make payment via Rtist
4) Upon hiring the talent, there will be a star on the talent's profile.
B) No action
If you didn't take any action, then the talent will continue to be placed on the waiting list.
