At Rtist, we work hard to be your home for work. We're sorry to see you go. 

If you’re here because you’re having a frustrating issue and haven’t given our Rtist customer support team a chance to resolve it — they’d love to try to help.

If you still want to close your Rtist account, 

you can find the steps below.

2 things you must check before terminate account

1) Close your current job(s) posting.

2) Termination of projects with talent you are currently working with.

To proceed terminate account, follow the step below:

1. Click account setting.

2. Go to My profile tab.

3. Click Terminate account button.

Noted:

After you close your account, you data will be fully removed and unable to be recovered.
